Could you please briefly introduce the processing equipment and principle of fruit and vegetable powder?
The fruit and vegetable powder production line is a vacuum low-temperature liquid continuous dryer (vacuum belt dryer).
A vacuum belt dryer is a contact type vacuum drying equipment that continuously feeds and discharges materials. The material to be dried directly enters the highly vacuum dryer through a conveying mechanism, and is spread on several drying belts inside the dryer. The specially designed rubber rollers driven by the motor drive the drying belt to move along the direction of the dryer cylinder at a set speed. There are three independent heating plates and a cooling plate below each drying belt. The drying belt is tightly attached to the heating plate and cooling plate, and the energy required for drying is transmitted to the material through contact heat transfer. When the drying belt moves from one end of the cylinder to the other end, the material has already dried and cooled. When the drying belt folds back, the dried material cake is peeled off from the drying belt and dropped into the crushing device through an up and down moving cutting device. The crushed material is discharged through two airlock type discharge hoppers. Due to the direct entry of the material into high vacuum and gradual drying for a period of time (usually 30-60 minutes), the resulting particles have a certain degree of crystallization effect, and there are micropores inside from a microscopic perspective. After directly crushing to the required particle size, the flowability of the particles is good, and they can be directly compressed or encapsulated. At the same time, due to the micro porous structure of the particles, their instant solubility is excellent. Moreover, the appearance of the particles is good, which can greatly improve the grade of instant (granules) products.
Compared with conventional freeze-drying (low production and high cost), vacuum belt drying technology can form a porous and loose structure inside the dried product, retain the material properties of the product, and have a good appearance. It can meet the processing needs of most thermosensitive materials, significantly increase the production yield of dried products, and comprehensively reduce production costs. It can effectively solve the drying requirements of high viscosity, high fat, high sugar and other materials, and maintain the stability and consistency of product batches.
